Job Overview:
Onsite dedicated technical engineer to report in the department office from Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm for the duration of the endpoint renewal. Responsible for assisting in:
Report generation
Ticket creation and ensure completion
Monitoring of alerts
Application of solutions provided by solutions provider
Coordination of results with security solutions provider
Qualifications:
With experience/background in Cyber Security, Trend Micro.
1 to 2 years experience.
Trend Micro certifications or any related certifications is a plus.
