Job Description
Supports customer inquiries through verbal communication, email, phone, sms and chat/IM
Performs system health checks, monitoring, and some script/code updates
Create reports and data extraction using database queries
Generate accurate and timely reports as requested by customer or immediate supervisor
Performs other tasks that may be given from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (Fresh Graduates welcome to apply)
Must be customer service oriented.
Proficient in communicating (oral and written) with customers using English and Filipino dialects
Preferably with basic knowledge in Linux/Unix, Windows server, MySQL, Java.
Must be a good team player, resilient and adpatable
