Job Description:
Provide direct support to corporate customers as well as handling all service related inquiries
Identify underlying causes of a problem, including problem identification and classification
Monitor and carry out tasks through ticketing system
Respond to requests or incidents within SLA
Participate in service testing to ensure quick isolation and remediation of any network faults
Communicate and keep our corporate customers updated on progress through to the successful closure of their incidents
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in IT/Computer related course
Must have at least 2 years related experience
General understanding of network LAN, WAN, and VoIP (CISCO knowledge is preferred but not a necessity)
Active interest in learning and maintaining technical skills & knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and able to work within the team
