Primary Duties:
Monitor, log and respond to incoming alarms and events via the Remote Monitoring Service Portal.
Perform basic to intermediate parametric analysis and diagnostics.
Provide resolution to diagnosed events based on pre-defined set of procedures.
Answer customer calls related to Remote Monitoring.
Keep track of incident resolution until closure.
Assist in monitoring status and closure of open incidents.
Learn to be a technical resource and provide assistance to internal customers (Customer Engineers (CE), Customer Resolution Center (CRC), and Points-of-Contact (POC).
Create battery and UPS preventative maintenance reports which includes providing summary equipment status and recommendations to customer consistent with Liebert's service standards.
Trend and analyze equipment data parameters to identify issues before they become problems.
Experience / Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
One (1) year of professional experience in the field of electrical or mechanical servicing, installation, monitoring or maintenance
Other Requirements:
Experience with computer applications, including spreadsheets, database, and word processing, including excellent keyboard skills.
Good communication and presentation skills in delivering technical issues to customers.
Excellent service orientation, attentiveness to details, and decision-making skills.
