We are a team of veterans in the live streaming industry who are dedicated towards growing the industry by making live game streaming even more accessible, and helping to build up the next generation of apps and content creators in the space.

We are looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer Lead who can lay down the foundations to grow a leading team of technical support engineers. You should not be afraid to get your hands dirty, and you will be expected to provide customer support on a daily basis whilst also growing the team.
You will be responsible for providing Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, working closely with the Product and Development teams to diagnose and resolve issues. You will also regularly provide feedback to these teams to help direct product focus and to address critical issues within a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels of support to our growing user base.
Troubleshoot and provide excellent service for complex customer problems involving Gamecaster's current and future products.
Write public-facing support articles for common issues & progressively grow the Knowledgebase into a flourishing support center.
Identify and implement internal tooling to help improve the quality and level of service we can provide.
Grow and manage the support team into a world-class team in the future.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years work experience in customer service for computer software.
Proven track record leading and managing a team.
At least a limited understanding of live streaming.
Be a self starter who can work independently and without supervision.
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English.
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology or computer science.
Any experience with our products, live streaming or gaming is a plus.
Any experience with live production hardware is a plus.
