Description
The Technical Support Engineer 1 for Wake Frequency Calculations provides back office technical support to global customers by doing Wake Frequency Calculations for both standard and non-catalogue thermowells and providing technical solutions to customer inquiries
Duty 1: PART NUMBER/MODEL NUMBER CREATION
• Reviews configuration datasheet and validates against customer requirements
• Perform automated sizing for the selection of the proper unit
• Validates and Checks customer-provided model code for correctness and applicability based on customer specifications and current product offerings
• Validates correctness and applicability of non-standard product (with special or buy/resale) provided/recommended by appropriate support group
• Coordinates with suppliers to determine the part numbers of buyout products
• Escalates requests to Tool Administrator for systems-related concerns
• Provides product specification information that the customer needs
• Explains product specification and product features to customers
• Evaluates basic engineering specification and compares application with industry standards and escalate to whom it should be directed
• Gathers, collects, organizes and sends electronic copies of documentations to customer
• Reviews completeness customer data and documentation requirements
• Creates and Sets up customer project and records documentation deliverables in the business system
• Updates standard document with required customer information
• Responds to Level 1 general inquiries and requests received from mailbox and identify need for escalations
• Uploads Approved Documents from Customer website/Business Tools
• Extracts Documents from Customer Website/Business Tools
• Consolidates Material Certification/Documents
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical), Instrumentation and Control Engineering or any related courses.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
