About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be hiring candidates for each role assigned to you by the management. You are to build a relationship with candidates and clients and be a consultant whenever they need advice. This position should give complete and concise information with regard to the client's culture, job description, and market trends.
About the Candidate

We are expecting you to learn from your mistakes and own them. Your team leader will support you 100% of the time but you also have to ability to carry weight and think of ways to achieve the target.
Key Responsibilities
Joining welcome calls with clients.
Attending and creating BPAR Workshop and drafting the document for the client's approval.
Participating in Recruitment Agile Methodology Project Planning and sprint updates.
Creating attractive job ads and uploading them on JazzHR.
Conceptualising recruitment content for social media posting.
Sourcing candidates in internal and external networks but not limited to LinkedIn, Employee and Non-employee Referrals, and other social media sites.
Conducting initial interviews via video call.
Create candidate reports, and costing sheets, and upload them to Click up for client review.
Sending out interview confirmation to the candidates and preparing them for the interview via video call.
Assisting and introducing candidates to the client during the interviewing stage.
Making recommendations and guiding clients on the hiring process.
Conducting reference checks for qualified candidates, checking the results, and sending them to clients.
Sending final sign-off to the client for the reconfirmation of costing and BPAR.
Scheduling and conducting welcome calls to candidates for the introduction to the Employee Experience Specialist.
Constantly coordinates with the EX Team for client and employee updates.
Updating systems like JazzHR and Click up.
Attending monthly training conducted by the Team Lead and completing Udemy courses.
Position Prerequisites
With at least two years of experience in recruiting technical, creative, or corporate roles.
Preferably experienced in communicating with western clients.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and operate within a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
High attention to detail, with an intrinsic drive to strive to always improve, achieve the highest quality of output and never settle for average.
Being self-aware with high EQ, realising the impact you have on the people around you and how your actions affect others.
An understanding of the high importance of confidentially and how that impacts our clients and staff.
