About the Role:
As Technical Data Architect Officer, you ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data within an organization and to provide support to the Business Excellence and Execution (BE&E) & Commercial Teams in the development, management, and maintenance of various dashboards used to help make data-driven decisions within the organization.
This role reports directly into the Senior Manager - OCE & Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Integrity Monitoring and Maintenance
Applies product strategies to develop and implement business plans for assigned area; Performs regular checks to identify any inconsistencies, errors, or missing data; Conducts periodic audits to assess the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems.
Transforms and integrated data into a standardized format for analysis; Develops automated tools or scripts to streamline and simplify repetitive manual tasks related to data transformation and maintenance.
Data Science and Analytics Support
Supports BE&E Team with Data Science Initiatives required for implementation; Develops and maintains documentation of data sources, data transformations, and data validation processes.
Weekly/Monthly uploading or oversee the uploading of IMI brands offtake monthly; Provides support in sales crediting transfer request; Provide monthly, quarterly, YTD analysis of individual sales force performance and market data.
Support in management of the quantitative part of the dashboards in collaborations with BE&E and Finance team and the Sales Force one reporting system (Dashboard); Management of Customer Relationship Management system(s) including data maintenance
Operations Support
Establishes Processes to simplify collaboration and support execution of BE&E Strategies; Process PO(s) and BE&E Team requirements to streamline operational needs; Assist in reports preparation and distribution to internal clients.
Provide support in sales incentive calculation and PMP tracker tools as needed; Creates uploader for the additional offtake report coming from new distributor; Support training, cross functional BE&E team on various team tasks as needed.
Dashboards Development and Maintenance
Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs; Designs efficient data models to optimize dashboards performance for better user experience.
Identifies and conforms key metrics, data sources, visualizations, and any specific requirement for the dashboards; Selects appropriate visualizations, organizing information in a user-friendly manner, and ensuring the dashboard meets the needs of the intended audience.
Uses Power BI and QlikSense to design and develop the layout and structure of the dashboards to effectively present data insights.
Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably BS Statistics/Mathematics, BS Computer Science, Information Technology.
At least 3-4 years relevant experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering is preferred.
Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment.
Proficiency in Windows based applications specially in MS Excel (Intermediate to Advance) and MS Access or other data management software.
Working Knowledge of Python, SQL & Other programming language.
Proficiency in Dashboarding tools like Power BI and QlikSense.
