SENIOR ARCHITECT
Salary Range: 16500- 18000
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect (required).
Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
Proven experience leading design teams and managing large-scale projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects (commercial, residential, institutional, etc.).
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM tools.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
Experience coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards is an advantage.
