Is currently looking for:
ARCHITECT / CIVIL ENGINEER GRADUATE FOR CDO
Qualifications:
Graduate in Architecture/Engineering, with or without license.
At least 10 years experience in house construction and housing subdivision projects from planning to supervision.
Proficiency in production of contract documents and related construction project documentations.
Male / Female, and preferably married.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive, AutoCAD and other relevant apps].
Preferably with driving skills and Driver's License.
Able to handle and manage construction projects honestly and efficiently with least supervision.
Willing to travel in the Visayas and Northern Mindanao Areas.
