The Role
As a Technical Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the over-all pre-implementation requirement of a business deal of the products under purview of Cash Management Division, which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts.
How you will contribute
Prepare in-depth analysis of clients' ERP systems, collection and disbursement procedures and based on this analysis must develop, maintain, and customize data conversion modules to allow integration of customer ERP systems with DigiBanker.
Attend regular project team meetings and assist in product development using analytical and critical thinking and information gathering to deliver better banking experience to clients.
Attend technical meeting with clients together with the Product or Sales Manager to conduct client interviews in order to understand the specific business requirements of the client.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Industrial, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Background in any programming language and the banking industry is an advantage.
Must be customer centric and a fast learner.
Can multi-task and can work under pressure. Willing to render overtime and can be assigned to provincial areas if needed. Has good written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients. Can get the job done with the specified deadline.
