Job Team Lead
TASQ is urgently hiring an on-site Team Lead - Medical Equipment Support in Cebu. The pre-screening interview will take place via phone.**Position Overview: Team Lead - Medical Equipment Support (Cebu)****Type of Support:** Blended (30% Voice, 70% Back Office)**Account Type:** Medical Equipment Support**Work Arrangement:** Onsite (Cebu)**Shift Schedule:** Aligned with US business hours**Educational Requirements:**- Must be a college graduate (preferably in Pharmacy, Life Science, or Biomedical Engineering).**Work Experience:**- Over 4 years of experience as a Team Lead.- Preferred experience in healthcare, particularly with insurance, claims processing, and US benefits.- Experience in handling complaints related to medical technology is required.- Familiarity with ISO 13485, 21 CFR, and EUMDR standards.
