MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum Educational Qualifications for this position
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Professional License in Accountancy
Relevant Experience:
At least 3 years of working experience related to taxation; Previously employed by one of
the Big 4 accounting firms.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Tax filing, accounting and regulatory compliance
Preparation of tax returns and related tax attachments of all entities within the group
Gathers the necessary data required in the renewal of business permits and BIR registrations
On-time submission and preparation of financial statements and other requirements of non-operating companies
Tax audit and advisory
Preparation of necessary documents and tax reconciliations as required
for BIR assessments
Assist in responding to any tax queries related to the business
transactions
Tax planning and strategies
Assists in the determination of the tax risks and exposures and the
recommendations for corrective measures
Assists in the development and implementation of strategic tax planning
