Company Descriptionhttps://www.aboitizfoods.com/Job DescriptionThe incumbent shall assist the AVP for Tax Strategy, Advisory, Corp Structuring & M& As in introducing comprehensive tax governance, policies, guideline, best tax practices and planning techniques, ensuring that the Group is kept fully abreast of the changes and impact of relevant tax knowledge, developments and requirements, providing appropriate oral and written interpretations to avoid any exposure to tax risks and optimization of tax savings.The incumbent assists the AVP for Tax Strategy, Corp Structuring, M& A in the optimization of the Group's tax position by building knowledge of tax laws, relevant tax rulings and regulations and tax law developments and by promoting understanding of, compliance with tax laws through correct interpretation of these laws.Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
With at least five (5) years of relevant work experience
Candidate with audit experience is an advantage
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Working knowledge in Accounting and Tax principles, systems and audit
Written and Verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Keen attention to details, precision, and accuracy
Management skills such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling
