JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare for, and assist with, monthly, quarterly, yearly and tax audits
Liaise in preparing all relevant documentation relating to Tax Residency Certificate
application, transfer pricing and tax audit defense * Do escalations with superior on time (as needed), recommend proper resolution of
such incident/escalations * Coordinate with relevant Finance point person;
Inspect and review documents as preparation for audit;
Collate documents for the tax audits;
Doing the 1709 computation for audit;
Reconcile and maintaining schedules of intercompany transactions;
Reconcile tax and accounting records; and
Ad hoc tasks for tax and audit compliance
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree ,
Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Management major in Financial Management
or BS in Mathematics ONLY. * CPA is a plus
With at least 2 years of work experience in tax, with working knowledge of Philippine
taxation * Preferably with experience working in an auditing firm or like
Preferably has an experience handling the year end statutory audit
Highly proficient in Excel, knowledge of other MS office applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with the BIR and external auditors
and work effectively within group functional teams
Must be highly analytical and a fast learner
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
Can start ASAP
