The Talent Services team based out of Manila is looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and enhance the value proposition to our stakeholders by proactively sourcing, screening and engaging qualified candidates. Our Global recruiting team identifies talent for executive and experienced level roles based in the Americas, EMEIA and APAC We design and deliver talent sourcing strategies to connect with the right talent globally and build the EY organization of the future. Our team focuses on recruiting technology and other in-demand, niche skilled professionals. The Talent Acquisition Consultant is part of a high performing global TA team A typical day will see you using an array of sourcing strategies and tools to identify, connect with, screen and qualify top talent to present to the hiring teams and Recruiters. You will partner closely with the assigned Recruiters to maintain a relationship with your identified candidates until hire. A close connection exists between the Experienced Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Consultants, working together to fulfil EY hiring goals across the globe. The TA Consultant builds strong internal and external relationships across EY to increase the pipeline ofreferrals, internal candidates and prospects for current and future openings. By developing a deep understanding of your assigned market and business line, you will successfully promote and sell career pathways at EY. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications Responsibilities . Collaborate with your team, Recruiters and Lead Talent Acquisition professionals in field and center to identify and engage with candidates for roles in Technology specialist disciplines the US|Canada | APAC & EMEIA. . Using a suite of tools, develop deep subject matter talent sourcing expertise in the talent marketsfor the skills required . You will be required to guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, includingproviding information on the EY vision, the business strategy, our culture and values, as well asconducting in-depth qualifying interviews to establish candidate's suitability against the requirements of the role. . Screen live applicants from the ATS for current and future opportunities, creating a candidateprofile and documenting these preliminary interviews to sharing with hiring teams and recruiters . Ensure the delivery of strong potential candidate pipeline leveraging internal talent and referralchannels, developing talent communities, managing referral campaigns . Acting as a 'Talent Advisor' to the business, develop actionable competitive intelligence for recruiters and hiring managers. Gather and analyse data for accurate and confident decision[1]making and sourcing strategy. Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions . Actively pursue candidate channels to deliver to our Global D&I talent agenda. . Establish regular and timely recruiter and stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment of targetsand objectives . With the TA Team leader, you will assist to develop and execute a variety of candidate marketingtechniques and materials . Achieve individual targets aligned to SLAs and Metrics We are seeking . Experience in Recruiting end to end and in Sourcing for complex roles at executive or seniorlevels. . Exposure to recruiting and sourcing for technology, technical, professional services or Financialservices organizations or Recruiting internationally (Americas, APAC, EMEIA) . Advanced user knowledge of technology, online sourcing and research tool . Name generation and/or organizational mapping experience . Aptitude with internet research techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, website flipping, etc.) . Strong investigation/data analysis/research/market intelligence experience .
