Talent Shared Services (TSS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TSS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China Kerala and Bangalore, India Wroclaw, Poland and Manila, Philippines. TSS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres. Recruitment VTH supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Recruitment team. VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore Recruitment colleagues participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Team supports the region in performing operational and administrative tasks to allow the onshore team to focus on consultative and strategic activities based on the priorities of the Region. As part of EY's GigNow Talent Attraction & Acquisition team, you will play a key role in managing EY's contingent workforce with a focus on providing a best-in-class experience to our contractors and business stakeholders and ensuring adherence to compliance and process. Responsibilities include assisting with the onboarding of all new contractors, contractor extensions, termination, and managing ongoing compliance and tracking requirements. Applications Used: SuccessFactors, MS Office, GigNow Essential Functions of the Job: Responsibilities: . Support all requirements related to onboarding a new contractor to EY, contract extensions, and processing of termination requests . Maintain GigNow tracker . Send onboarding emails to all contractors i.e., ensuring contractors accept privacy statement and submit relevant forms in a timely manner as well as sending the first day details to the contractors . Set-up of new contractor details in EY systems and GigNow platform . Initiate and track laptop build requests until delivery/pick-up . Initiate background check requests and ensure all contractor documentation is maintained as required . Assist with conducting EY Independence restrictions checks . Assist with screening and interview scheduling of applicants as required . Other projects to support the team with process improvement and new initiatives Knowledge and Skills Requirements: . Strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate management . Ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment . Good interpersonal and communication skills . Ability to use initiative and work without high level of supervision . Ambition to understand the business and commercials around contractor engagement . Good analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office applications . Strong organization and time management skills . Confidence to engage and communicate with candidates . Minimum of 12 months of progressive experience . Experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment, preferred . Experience in contactor management and/or an onboarding role would be highly regarded .
