What this position is about - Purpose:
The Talent Advisor is responsible for the end to end recruitment process ensuring a timely and effective hiring process, in line with predefined metrics laid out in the SLA.
Identifies the requirements for open and future positions, develop recruitment scenarios for various roles. Communicates on need identification, establish assessment criteria and provide relevant short lists of candidate pipelines ensuring status reports are up to date and reflect current pipeline statuses at all times.
The Incumbent ensures a best in-class candidate experience for all internal and external candidates participating to the hiring process. Gives hiring managers advice and guidance on their role and obligations in the recruitment process.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Working closely with Hiring Managers and entity P&C Business Partners
Identifying the requirements for an open and future positions and developing scenarios for various roles
Ownership of the end to end process for each assigned vacancy under management
Providing each Hiring Manager with guidance and insights
Collaborating with assigned Sourcing Specialist or Screening Specialist (creating high quality list of candidates, obtaining feedback)
Engagement of specialist staffing agencies where appropriate
Providing required offer details to HR Administration
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the Talent Attraction/Acquisition
At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment
Have a University Degree
Agency experience is an added value
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Preferably knows any other languages (Mandarin, Korean, Thai and Bahasa)
Mastery of the recruitment lifecycle: interviewing and time management skills
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
Assessment tools and techniques experience would be a plus
Sufficient MS Office skills
