Job Description
Responsibilities
Report on the leads generated - conversion and completion rate, team member productivity/activity and issues, recommend actions if applicable.
Provide regular status updates on leads generated through the supply report, and provide an insightful report to the Sourcing Manager for strategic directives.
Strengthen and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the recruiters and different sourcing channels to understand the hiring requirements, target fulfillment dates, and obtain clarity on the job profiles.
Act as point of contact between the Channel Specialists and Recruiting Leads to understand and manage expectations in terms of leads generation. Handle escalations & also escalate through proper channels, if required.
Perform analysis on the sourcing targets for volume hiring and determine the number of profiles which must be generated (based on yield ratios).
Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of Manulife's overall talent sourcing strategies.
Write sourcing documentation and statements to monitor Sourcing Team's leads conversion performance.
Ensure conversion team for volume hiring has a solid understanding of demand profiles for sourcing effectiveness.
Will supervise a team of Sourcing Coordinators who are responsible for processing the supply generated across multiple channels.
Adhere to all relevant Manulife guidelines and regulations to mitigate risks.
Perform other responsibilities as needed.

What we are looking for
University degree, preferably a graduate of Behavioral Science, Business Administration, P sychology or relevant course of study.
With at least 3 years of talent sourcing experience in the BPO, Financial, or Shared Services industries.
Must be capable of drawing reports for performance reviews, business reviews, and ad-hoc presentations.
Experience in providing support to different sourcing channels such as but not limited to employee referral program, events, digital platforms and social media, campus recruitment is a plus.
With people management skills which include performance coaching and relevant competency training.
Must have experience in stakeholder management.
Proficient in MS Suite especially Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Proficient in Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday.
Willing to work on a hybrid set-up (site assignment is in Quezon City).
