This role requires someone who is detail oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing end to end recruitment processes. You will help ensure that clients are matched with the right talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
Prepare and post job ads across various platforms and talent networks
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker
Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Recommend process improvements and contribute to recruitment strategy development
RequirementsQualifications & Skills:
2 to 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR functions
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation
Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working in fast paced environments
Experience hiring for remote or offshore roles is an advantage

Consistent communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams
Timely submission of candidate profiles, updates, and recruitment reports
