This role drives strategic sourcing initiatives, ensures process discipline, and delivers a positive candidate experience while aligning with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for assigned requisitions.
Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and academic partnerships.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and selection criteria.
Candidate Experience: Maintain timely communication and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Data & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for workforce planning and process improvement.
Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen the company's talent brand and market presence.
Compliance & Process Discipline: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.
Skills:
Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze recruitment data and recommend improvements
