Engage with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and create tailored job descriptions.
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates in the Philippines.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates and ensure fit for roles.
Facilitate the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
Keep up to date with trends in recruitment and talent acquisition in the Philippines.
Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the Philippines.
Working knowledge of Workable or other applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to evaluate candidates on their qualifications and cultural alignment.
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Experience running social media recruiting campaigns is a plus.
