Job Description Summary We are looking for recruiters with at least 3 years relevant experience within recruitment agency or internal Talent Acquisition teams to join our Talent Acquisition team!
Job Description
What you will do:
Create a database of diverse talent pools of qualified facility management, building technology and real estates related candidates across a range of skills and experience in line with the profiles required for the business
Participate in candidate shortlisting, interviewing and selection process
Coordinate the employment contract preparation and offer/negotiation process and address any queries
Manage recruitment activities through WorkDay ATS to ensure information is current and accurate.
Preparation of weekly recruitment report / dashboard
Any other adhoc recruitment matters
You are:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
Possess 3 years of progressive talent acquisition / recruitment experience within a professional services sector recruitment environment (RPO or In-House).
Recruitment Industry knowledge of Facilities management and experience in Singapore would be advantageous
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.).
Hands-on experience with an HRIS (Workday preferred) ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. Detailed knowledge of LinkedIn and posting jobs on social media and job boards.
Good communication skill, fast learner and comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
Comfortable with high volume hiring environment
Both a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
