Summary of Role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work alongside the recruiters with the responsibility of overseeing the selection and hiring of new talent. Their main goal is to ensure that the candidates with the best qualifications and characteristics are selected and hired.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Meeting with management and executive staff to determine what is needed from any potential new hire
Analysing / Reviewing job descriptions for each opening.
Creating and administering skills alignment exercises to further shorten the list of suitable candidates.
Interviewing shortlisted candidates and selecting the most suitable individuals.
Extending a job offer to prospective employees post ATO (Authority to offer).
Negotiating with candidates about job-related expectations and compensation.
In-depth understanding of appropriate duties and compensation for each position.
Familiarity with labour legislation.
Excellent research skills.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Establish recruiting requirements by fully understanding transcosmos's business plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss their needs.
Promote company's reputation as "best place to work" and involve with the Employee Experience and Branding.
The Hiring Manager is also a critical part of the Human Resources team by bringing in the best possible candidates to enable the company to grow and develop.
Recommend, develop, and execute recruitment and talent management strategies
Perform the end-to-end Recruitment process, conducting interviews, and making recommendations regarding suitability of candidates for employment
Maintain trackers and generate reports as required
Provide sourcing and recruitment support for roles as determined by the management team
Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future

Technical:
Proficiency in Microsoft office & Recruitment Marketing tools
Behavioral:
Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally

Able to maintain self-motivation and can manage several tasks accurately and reach deadlines in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience as a hiring manager or a recruiter / talent acquisition.
Fluent English (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension) B2 or higher.
