Collaborates with the stakeholders, HR Head and Department Heads or Hiring Managers for Job specifications and directions.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Generate leads and utilizing tools such as Job Boards, Social Media, Employee Referral Program, Online Job Search Engine and etc.
Explore on different recruitment tools to guarantee quality of hires and efficiency in hiring.
Monitors the daily flow of applicants and new hires.
Updates the database of applicants which includes the applications' progress.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers,
Ability to reduce the timeframe from candidate identification to on-boarding.
Maintains and tracks requirements of newly on-boarded employees and submits daily report in a timely fashion.
Perform other HR-related functions.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
At least 2-3 years previous work-related experience required.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated excellence in time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
Ability to prioritize and organize work.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
Willing to work on-site in McKinley, Taguig City from Mondays to Fridays.
