kumu is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist will take part in the full recruitment cycle of an assigned department/s for recruitment. This role shall cover strategic talent sourcing, screening, candidate interviews, scheduling of hiring manager interviews, feedback management, drafting of job offers & job contracts, offer extension and negotiation, and endorsement for onboarding of hires.
Another key aspect of this role is stakeholder partnership and management, which enables the Talent Acquisition Specialist to collaborate on recruitment issues. The position is also tasked to research and provide recommendations on opportunities for improvement in the recruitment process.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, the team will rely on you to work on the following:
Administrative Work (Monitoring of Requisitions).
Reporting.
Recruitment Marketing & Sourcing.
End to End Recruitment.
Stakeholder Management.
Coordinate with the different departments to cater their respective hiring needs.
Qualifications:
College or University Graduate with Psychology, HRM, or any similar course as the field of study.
3-4 years of experience in recruitment & stakeholder management (IT/BPO/Corporate/Non-Technical roles).
