Talent Acquisition Specialist
· Conduct end to end recruitment process across all regional offices.
· Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
· Conduct new employee orientation.
· Assists in developing recruitment procedures, job aids, etc.
· Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of pre-employment documents of new joiners.
· Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
· Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
· Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline of study.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Keen to work in the eCommerce industry.
Team player
Possess good communication skills and able to work in a fast paced but nurturing environment
Ability to influence others through positive impact.
