Responsibilities:
1. Build talent pipelines to help us find the next members of our community.
2. Follow company strategies for sourcing excellent candidates.
3. Establish strong partnerships with colleges, conferences, external recruiters, research institutions, and principal investigators.
4. Orchestrate all stages of candidate experience--including application, interviews, communication, and hiring-- to be an energizing experience for all involved.
5. Follow company strategies to build and broadcast an authentic and compelling employer brand.
6. Follow company strategies for recruitment events to build our brand and drive awareness.
7. Prepare and oversee an annual recruitment budget
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
Must be a Licensed Psychometrician
At least 2 years of working experience in end to end recruitment
Have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
Highly adaptable to changing priorities and can adeptly pivot to meet emerging business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Great at diagnosing problems using critical thinking skills and driving innovative solutions.
A strong communicator and able to convey complex topics simply, clearly, and effectively to a diverse audience.
Have a strong passion and drive for Esco's mission.
Having experience in headhunting is an advantage
