What you will be doing The DocView Support: Windows SQL server \u2013 creating a database for the product to work on after the SQL team sets up the box. Ensuring settings like autogrowth are enabled for future expansion Installing software in a Windows environment Configuring CA-OMWV Setting up ancillary tools such as JAVA and manually configuring windows features to function with the software i.e. TEMP directories, environment variables Maintaining Certificates in a Tomcat environment Maintaining Certificates in an IIS environment Troubleshooting connectivity, OS, and software issues Interacting with users to troubleshoot issues/procedures with different browsers / systems. Working knowledge with reverse proxy infrastructure to resolve DNS addresses Verifying the product during all server/network/system maintenance Future knowledge of Z/Linux is a plus Control-M / Zena Support: Mainframe and Server based (Windows, Solaris, Unix, AIX, etc.) Operating System knowledge Security User Access General concepts of RACF (Mainframe) and file permissions for various server operating systems. Navigation on mainframe and server operating systems JCL Expertise (Mainframe) Control-M, Zena, or other scheduling application knowledge. Experience with Change Management Procedures and tools. Incident initiation and tracking to resolution Participated in or directed problem resolution conference bridges to address Production impacting issues. Led team during Disaster Recovery Exercise or Disaster Recovery Event Programming expertise in various languages including but not limited to Cobol, Java, Unix scripting (bash, ksh, csh, etc.), and Windows batch (bat) / Command (cmd) files. Managed or able to manage large / complex projects. Educates team members on standards as well as disseminating technical expertise through documentation and training sessions. Created architectural design of Production / DR environments to fulfill business needs.
