To achieve this we are in search of a skilled and experienced Support Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
 
As a Support Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our solar and battery projects. This role involves overseeing customer support, troubleshooting, navigating regulator approvals, coordinating site approvals, and managing the critical processes of lodgments for reconnection, meter upgrades, and daily work logs.
Key Responsibilities:
 
Customer Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
Oversee troubleshooting efforts, working closely with service and installation personnel to resolve complex problems.
Regulator and Site Approvals:
Navigate regulatory processes to secure necessary approvals for solar and battery projects.
Coordinate site approval procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lodgments of Regress or Reconnection:
Manage the lodgment process for regress or reconnection of customer switchboards.
Ensure all procedures are followed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Lodgment of Meter Upgrades and Liaison with Energy Providers:
Oversee the lodgment process for meter upgrades, collaborating with energy providers to facilitate smooth transitions.
Maintain effective communication with energy providers to address any issues and optimise operational efficiency.
Daily Work Logs:
Implement and manage the recording of daily work logs, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.
Analyse work logs for trends and areas of improvement, implementing changes as necessary.
Qualifications and experience:
 
Essential:
Qualification in business management or 2-4 years experience in customer service and business administration.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:
Proven experience in a support management role within the solar and battery industry.
In-depth knowledge of South Australian regulatory processes, site approvals, and lodgment procedures.
