We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter's to join our dynamic team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential customers with our solar and battery solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to contact customers via leads provided and schedule appointments for our sales team, enabling them to showcase the benefits of our products and services.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone to generate interest in our solar and battery solutions.
Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to the sales process.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
