As a Support Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment for both B2B and B2C clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently for both B2B and B2C customers.
Order Tracking: Monitor and track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Stock Transfers: Facilitate stock transfers between different locations or departments as needed.
Stock Take Reporting: Assist in regular stock takes and report on inventory levels, discrepancies, and trends.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to inventory management, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts and ensure optimal stock levels.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and accurate inventory management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
Preferably has Accounting Background.
