About the role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Kit Properties Inc. in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
 
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, from planning and design to execution and handover
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
Provide regular progress reports and presentations to senior management
Mentor and lead a team of construction professionals to drive successful project delivery
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion
Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting and resource management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
