Key Qualifications
SQL Expertise: Proficiency in managing, querying, and optimizing databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Python Expertise: Scripting & Automation: Knowledge of Python to automate repetitive tasks, perform data extraction, and support daily operational needs.
Error Handling & Debugging: Strong skills in identifying bugs, troubleshooting Python scripts, and ensuring the robustness of code in production.
Working with customers or internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues or customer integrations
Customer file monitoring & integration
Knock system management for integrations
Big data management & validation. Work with big data issues (validation, correctness, management).
Troubleshoot and approach technical issues systematically.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar tech support role
In-depth knowledge of MS SQL and Excel, Python knowledge is a must
B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science is a plus
Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes
Customer-Focused Mindset: Empathy and patience in dealing with support requests.
Experience working in a start-up is an advantage
High proficiency in English (spoken and written) required
Retail experience is a plus
Willingness to work weekends and shifts
Familiarity with supply chain systems is a significant advantage
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus
Strong analytical and technical skills with a "can-do" attitude
Ability to work independently and in a self-learning environment
