Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
Payroll processes the organization's payroll according to company policy and applicable regulations, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and timely with correct withholding and deductions. This job family maintains payroll records and calculates overtime, shift payments, sales commissions and bonuses, taxes and deductions. Payroll prepares reports for management and to meet regulatory and collective bargaining obligations and addresses questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters.
Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in US and Global Payroll
2 years of experience leading a team
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
Experience with Workday Payroll

Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of Payroll operations and staff

Maintain and secure Personal Identifiable Information
Leads, facilitates and coordinates projects and initiatives
Lead the Payroll Processing team in Manila in partnership with the US Payroll & Tax teams
Strategically partners with the US Payroll & Tax teams to enhance operations
Prepare and evaluate case and workload statistics
