An HR Generalist must have outstanding analytical and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. He is expected to be a conceptual thinker with excellent organizational and conflict management skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop clear policies, ensure policy awareness, and ensure compliance with work regulations. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Provide guidance on policies and procedures and reinforce company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employee safety.
Assist in the management of disciplinary matters and complaints. Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination proceedings. Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data. Promote HR programs to create a productive and conflict-free workplace.
Manage recruitment end-to-end process. Create job descriptions, post ads, and manage the hiring process. Identify and conduct reference checks, and recruit and issue employment contracts to qualified employees for various departmental roles.
Draft employee contracts before onboarding. Create and implement effective onboarding strategies. Conduct orientations and update employee records.
Develop training and development programs.
Maintain employee records. Manage the organization's employee database and generate reports. Organize paper and electronic copies of employee records.
Monitor employee performance. Organize and conduct regular performance reviews. Facilitate promotion within departments. Administer performance-related rewards and incentives. Document processes and generate performance review reports.
Manage compensation and benefits plans. Manage payroll and ensure employees receive their salaries on time. Manage employee benefits such as health insurance and allowances.
Facilitate company cultural and social events.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Carry out necessary administrative duties.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, as well as participation in cross-training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Additional HR training will be a plus
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace or Google Drive will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
