Are you ready to be the face of Carenet's talent acquisition team As a Staff Recruiter, you'll not only be a brand ambassador for Carenet but also play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. We're seeking a dynamic individual to strategically manage the full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates for a variety of roles within our organization. This is a hybrid position, reporting site is in our Quezon City Bridgetowne office. Successful candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedule, majority of night shift schedule. Responsibilities Your Key Responsibilities and Duties: Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek potential candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, company career websites, professional networks, and referrals. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate seamless interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned throughout the process. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit, administering assessments or tests when necessary. Offer Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers, effectively communicating salary and benefits information for a smooth onboarding transition. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs, utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS). Compliance and Diversity: Ensure all recruiting processes comply with labor laws, promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, job market conditions, and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze recruitment data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members for a seamless recruitment experience. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruiting best practices, adapting strategies to optimize the recruitment process continually. Customer Service Skills: Display professionalism and a customer-focused approach in all interactions, including effective communication, problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and follow-up skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of two years of prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (healthcare or BPO preferred). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
