Brief Description and Purpose of the Position
 
The Recruiter is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best-fit candidates. He/she plays a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
 
Competencies
 
Recruitment Administration - Demonstrates foundational understanding and skills in recruitment and selection processes and gives supports to the recruitment activities.
Create in a timely manner job advertisements matched to the requirements in job platforms and social media sites.
Conduct initial interview potential candidates. Assess decisively if the candidates match the personnel requirements and endorse shortlisted candidates to business unit.
Facilitate series of pre-employment exams to the shortlisted candidate.
Conduct reference checks diligently.
Draft job offers and prepare for salary evaluation.
Documentation and Record Keeping - Creates and maintain basic records related to all office and operations documents.
Receive approved manpower requests and monitor
status of HRFA
Monitor and update recruitment tracker
BDO endorsement
Effective Collaboration - Reach out to the right process owners to clarify their understanding of a process or express a request.
Calibrate with the hiring business units on talent requirements.
Qualification Standards
Education: Degree in Psychology or HRDM
Experience : at least 1 year; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Training: none
Others
Computer literate.
With good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in Canvas is an advantage.
