JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the end-to-end recruitment cycle like Source, evaluate, qualify, submit, and follow up to candidate deployment.
Partners with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on the design, development, and maintenance of the recruiting process (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, reporting and taking proper actions to close gaps).
Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description.
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the delivery consultant.
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
Using social media and recruiting tools to source technology resources.
Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices
Technically screening profiles according to the job specifications, Interview Scheduling and follow – ups
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, and other structured)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Job Portal search, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Can start ASAP
You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
Willing to work in a Hybrid Setup
Can start ASAP
