JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE SUMMARY
As the Recruiter, your primary task is to help and assist the Recruitment team in finding the best talents across all pooling.
SCHEDULE: 6 AM – 3 PM Philippine Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster
· Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates, ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion in the recruitment process
· Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
· Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database
· Utilize a variety of sources for finding and connecting with prospective candidates
· Interact with professionals in niche platforms
· Pipeline talents and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools
· Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
· Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
· Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
· Manage and engage with talent outreach campaigns
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· Proven work experience as a Sourcing/Recruitment Specialist or similar role
· Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
· Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
· Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
