Position Summary:
Associate will handle marketing invoice management and collection for US Vendor Relations
The Sr.Associate keeps track of marketing invoices, including but not limited to billing, claiming, collections and dispute analysis.
Prepares a variety of periodic/proforma reports that are utilized for all levels of strategic and financial decision-making in the Marketing organization..
Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience in general accounting or AR (focused on reconciliation and reporting)
Preferably from a Shared Services or BPO industry
Excellent communications and collaboration skills
Role is for night shift (10PM - 7AM)
Must have a working internet connection at home (at least 10 mbps)
Hybrid set-up (5 days/month onsite)
