This role ensures accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of marketing claims, vendor reimbursements, and promotional budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and marketing finance, with a deep understanding of IT distribution processes and vendor programs.Job Responsibilities:1. Marketing Claims & Financial SupportTrack and reconcile marketing claims, vendor reimbursements, and promotional budgets.Ensure accurate recording of marketing-related financial transactions in ERP systems (preferably SAP).Assist in forecasting and budget planning for marketing campaigns and vendor-funded initiatives.2. Accounts Receivable & BillingGenerate and issue invoices for marketing services or campaigns.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments (B2B Collections)Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.3. Vendor & Partner CoordinationProcess payments and manage financial records for marketing vendors and agencies.Ensure compliance with contract terms and payment schedules.Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting.4. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare financial reports related to marketing spend, ROI, and budget utilization.Analyze variances and provide insights to support decision-making.Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to marketing accounts.5. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Maintain organized records of marketing contracts, invoices, and approvals.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, procurement, and finance teams to align financial processes.Support marketing teams with financial data and reporting tools.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Accounting/Finance-related courseWith 3 to 4 years' experience in B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management; preferably in an IT Distribution/Supply chain industryProven experience in handling large volume receivables/portfolios and complex reconciliationsProficient with MS Excel (normal accounting functions) and ERP system - preferably SAPGood English communication skillsWilling to work on nightshift (US time zone) and 10+ RTO days (monthly)#LI-Hybrid
