Handling travel auditing for North America and Asia OUs. Travel audit tasks included reviewing, vouching, update tracking log, liaise with employees, payment processing, support internal and external audit, cross functional coodination and collaboration.
Monthly closing activities included accruals, account analysis, account reconciliation and monthly reporting.
Any ad hoc assignment to be assigned.
Qualifications * Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin.
Proficiency in English included listening, writing and speaking
Knowledge in accounting concept and average level of accounting software understanding is preferred
Could command basic MS Excel with advantage
