Our Customer is a major humanitarian organization operating in a large number of countries, including the Philippines. Our client provides life-saving services protecting the life and dignity especially of indigent Filipinos in vulnerable situations.
SQL Reporting and Support Officer
The HR Information System Unit is responsible for the management and maintenance of HR information systems and HR applications and ensures that an acceptable level of user experience on these tools is attained and maintained. The unit provides functional, procedural and technical support to HR service providers and employees in HQ and in the field. The Reporting & Support Officer is responsible for providing reports to the HR community and internal customers. We are looking for a strong candidate with SQL experience and the ability to extract data to produce reports.
Requirements
University Degree in Human Resources / Administration
Experience of working as front line support to stakeholders is essential
Strong SQL / Data extraction / reporting experience
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience in using similar tools to prepare user friendly training materials and presentations
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
Optimize use of HR applications and other reporting tools in data collection, extraction, and analysis
Coordinate changes in the report requirements/parameters with Application Managers and ensure that proper documentation is in place
Coordinates with HRIS Data Manager and respective internal customers regarding changes in the referential data
Identify, diagnose and resolve level 2 tickets with HRIS applications to internal customers.
Proactive following-up pending tickets with requesters
Escalate incidents and problems to respective Application Manager and/or immediate manager
Coordinates with Operational teams in managing the Data Quality dashboard
Control and ensure data quality, instruct users to make the necessary corrections
Suggest process improvements within Functional Support or all HRIS levels
Support data alignment activities and tasks for the HRIS project deployment
Update tracking logs and coordinate status of project activities to Team Lead
