INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER (GLOBAL SUPPORT)
 
Role Summary
The Information Security Officer (ISO) is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS). The role focuses primarily on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities, ensuring alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 and global security best practices. Occasional travel to Germany may be required.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce information security policies and ISMS controls.
Conduct risk assessments, manage compliance gaps, and support internal/external audits.
Maintain and enhance the SharePoint Online-based ISMS documentation and controls.
Lead security initiatives (e.g., SAP and Microsoft 365 security enhancements).
Deliver security awareness training and workshops across global teams.
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to embed security by design.
Provide regular security and compliance reports to the Global Director IT.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Information Security, GRC, or similar role.
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and security frameworks.
Experience with SAP security modules and Microsoft 365 security features.
Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
Self-driven, assertive, and comfortable working in a global environment.
