What Talent Acquisition contributes to Cardinal HealthHuman Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.Talent Acquisition attracts, identifies and acquires skilled labor to support business needs and develops strategies for growing the organization's talent pool. This family evaluates and screens talent using skills assessments, testing and reference checking, and manages internal and external job advertising and posting. This family also manages relationships with third party recruiting agencies, prospects talent at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions and manages new employee induction.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in sourcing or volume hiring, preferably in the BPO or shared services space
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience in managing recruitment events (e.g. employee referral program, job fairs, academe relations, etc.), preferred
Knowledge and experience in reports and various sourcing tools and techniques, required
Willing to work on the mid shift
** Internal candidates have to be in B3/B4/P1 role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this position.What is expected of you and others at this level
