As a LOS Admin Support Senior Specialist you will work according to general and specific support dossiers, and work instructions, and ensure support within the agreed SLAs and business time for Enabling Services - LOS Admin Support. Process a high number of requests from users regarding business processes, thereby requiring a sense of urgency for particular requests and taking appropriate actions.
Tasks & responsibilities
Monitoring of My Services (ServiceNow) Ticket or Requests
Learning Management System Administration via LOS
Provide high-level support by troubleshooting and providing analysis and accurate resolution to LOS-related queries
Coach specialist and provide timely feedback
Provide proactive customer request updates
Timely completion of customer requests
Maintain a high level of service quality
Extract and prepare reports, dashboards
Adherence to the Quality Handbook and the agreed SLA
Compliance with Service Set-up Plan and Work Instruction Documents
Requirements
Knowledge and experience in Learning Management platforms such as LOS, Successfactors LMS, CSOD, and other enterprise-level LMS (2-3 years)
Experience in Business Service Center catering to global clients
Nice to have experience in GxP related environment
An excellent understanding and expertise in working with standardized processes are required for this role.
Should have sound experience providing services to a customer by being observant, proactive, and communicative. Provide collaborative skills and a high level of service orientation to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers' needs.
Should have good English language skills (written and spoken) as well as a thorough knowledge of MS Office
Reporting and Data Analytics skills, can extract data and create dashboards for presentation
Project management skills, e.g. presenting the status of KPIs and reporting this information may be required.
