Activations
· Assists in implementation of promotional, business and social events for Marketing Team
· Contributes to the research and identification of new partnerships, activations / initiatives that drive awareness and traffic correlating to sales and revenue
· Handles event partnerships and sponsorships and ensures all marketing-related requirements are met
· Monitors lead generation results and provides post-event report
· Regularly updates budget and expenses monitoring sheet
Content Marketing
· Meeting with the project marketing and design teams to ideate and define content goals, and ensure timely delivery of assignments / requirements
· Research marketing and consumer trends and assists in content creation, proofreading and editing
· Coordinates with agency partners for digital marketing and monitors content metrics
· Ensures that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
· Manages content calendars and ensures that content remains consistent and updated across all platforms
Customer Experience
· Ensures smooth and seamless operations and upkeep of marketing-led booth placements
· Research new ideas and key partners for corporate and project-branded giveaways/collaterals.
· Ensures all Marketing collaterals and giveaways are properly tracked and monitored
· Works alongside marketing coordinators in monitoring booth manning and sales-related requirements and requests for collaterals and giveaways
Qualifications:
· Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Journalism or any equivalent course
· Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Marketing, Advertising or Creative Agencies / Administration and Events Management. Background in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
· Ability to cope, manage and handle multiple and simultaneous marketing tasks
· Ability to develop strategic and innovative field management solutions to commercial advantage of the Company
· Above Average proficiency level in communication, organization, critical thinking abilities, presentation skills and marketing management skills
· Above Average proficiency level in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology
