Requirements:
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Spanish
Good English communication skills

Technical and Customer related working experience
Responsibilities:
Point of contact of all Spanish Speaking customer
Provide troubleshooting of electronic products if needed
Offer electronic products to customers
Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines established by the client and management
Maintain accuracy and security of customer information in the company database
