Position: Spanish Customer Care Specialist

Salary: P80, 000- P100,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Night Shift (Weekends Off)

Responsibilities:
Handle quality of customer service
Responsible in processing customer's order
Maintain in updating stakeholders data
Answer inquiries and concerns of the product
Responsible in providing excellent instructions to the customers
Requirements:
Preferably Native Spanish Speaker
BPO experience is a plus
Customer Service background is an advantage
Proficient in both Spanish and English language
Experience in processing orders is a plus
Bachelor's Degree is required
